Who we are
PRNTD is a personalised print studio based in Luton, UK. Contact: prntdltn@gmail.com.
Quotes and payment
- Bespoke orders are quoted individually based on the product, size, quantity and finish. There is no fixed minimum order.
- A quote is provided before any payment. Design work starts after payment has been received.
- We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Klarna and other buy-now-pay-later options may be available subject to eligibility.
Design approval
- Where applicable you receive a digital proof after payment. Up to three design drafts are included.
- You are responsible for checking all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, wording) before approving the design.
- Once the final design is approved, further changes cannot be guaranteed.
Turnaround and availability
- Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Larger or bespoke orders may take longer.
- Boards and signage need a minimum of 3 to 4 working days' notice.
- Express orders are available subject to availability and carry additional charges. Please contact us before placing an urgent order.
- Orders are subject to availability. During busy periods such as wedding season, turnaround may be extended and a notice will be shown on the website.
- Delivery times are separate from production times.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible by email.
- Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, subject to your statutory rights.
Delivery and collection
- UK delivery is by Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size and weight of the order. Charges are shown before payment and tracking is sent on dispatch.
- Collection in Luton is free. Collection details are arranged privately once your order is ready.
- International delivery is available on request and quoted individually before payment.

All designs, illustrations and artwork produced by PRNTD are original and remain the copyright of PRNTD. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
Privacy policy
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, the event and product details, and any images you attach. We use them only to reply to you, prepare a quote and fulfil your order.
How the form works
The enquiry form is delivered by a third-party form service that forwards your message to our email inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation. Your details are not sold or shared with anyone else, and are not used for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing prntdltn@gmail.com.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Returns & refunds
- Personalised and made-to-order products are non-refundable for change of mind.
- If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs where possible.
- Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and provided where appropriate.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
